- Find out which characters are worth pulling right now in Honkai: Star Rail.
Honkai: Star Rail is introducing the Phase 1 and Phase 2 banners, featuring Robin • Summeretto, Aventurine • Waveflair, Hyacine, and Ashveil in Version 4.5. Once again, HoYoverse released banners featuring two new characters and two rerun characters.
I will assess each character’s strengths and qualities in the future meta of the game and advise you on which character to pull from the 4 playable characters. Banners will go live on the 26th August, 2026, and will last until September 27, 2026.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.5 Phase 1 Banners
Phase 1 banner will go live on the 26th August, 2026, and will last until September 12, 2026. Phase 1 banner will feature Robin • Summeretto and Hyacine. Each character brings unique strengths to the table, but some offer more immediate and long-term value than others. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide.
1. Robin • Summeretto
Robin • Summeretto is a new 5-star Wind Remembrance character in Honkai: Star Rail. She is a support character whose kit revolves around building Vibes through frequent ally attacks before entering her Fever state. In the Fever state, Robin stops taking turns but provides massive offensive buffs, ignores DEF, and provides additional damage through her Summer Songbirds.
2. Hyacine
Hyacine is a fast-paced Wind Remembrance sustain who brings a unique twist to healing through her memosprite, Little Ica. Despite low base HP, she makes up for it with high SPD and frequent turns. Ica heals allies by sacrificing its own HP and scales damage based on the total healing done, making Hyacine both a healer and a surprising sub-DPS.
Her “After Rain” state boosts team max HP and allows Ica to attack, stacking healing-based damage potential. She provides consistent teamwide healing, buffs, debuff cleanses, and energy generation.
Who is worth pulling in Phase 1
Both characters are excellent support characters. Both characters provide buffs and deal very good damage, but if you want stronger buffs, go for Robin • Summeretto; if you want healing with minor buffs, Hyacine is better for you.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.5 Phase 2 Banners
Phase 1 banner will go live on September 12, 2026, and will last until September 27, 2026. Phase 1 banner will feature Aventurine • Waveflair and Ashveil. Each character brings unique strengths to the table, but some offer more immediate and long-term value than others. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide.
1. Aventurine • Waveflair

Aventurine • Waveflair is a new 5-star Quantum Elation character in Honkai: Star Rail. He is a main DPS character who deals Elation DMG and manages resources through Punchlines and Fervor. His kit revolves around building Fervor through his own skills and teammates’ attacks, then unleashing it all at once to deal massive Quantum damage. He excels in Elation-focused teams that are constantly attacking.
2. Ashveil
Ashveil is a new 5-Star Lightning Hunt character in Honkai: Star Rail. He can reduce the target enemies’ defence, generate skill points, and deal damage with follow-up attacks. His Skill applies Bait and deals Lightning damage, reducing all enemies’ DEF when the opponent affected by Bait is on the field. Furthermore, if the same target is already affected by Bait, his skill refunds a Skill Point.
Who is worth pulling in Phase 2
Aventurine • Waveflair is a main DPS character who can deal serious Quantum damage. But we can play Ashveil as a main DPS character or as a sub DPS character who has good support capabilities and also gives Skill Points. In my opinion, pulling Ashveil is a better option because he has multiple team comps that can be used as a DPS, which makes him more worthy.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
