EA SPORTS FC Mobile 26 is preparing to launch its next major update, “The World’s Game,” bringing a World Cup tournament-themed experience centered around National Teams, new gameplay features, and additional modes. The update is scheduled to arrive on June 4, with maintenance planned ahead of release on May 28, 2026.
The World’s Game mode adds more than 50 authentic National Teams to FC Mobile 26
With this, we will be having the World’s Game Tournament, where you can lead one of more than 50 authentic National Teams. The mode is inspired by the upcoming international football season, bringing national squads into the spotlight alongside existing club content.
While the console version of FC 26’s The World’s Game update is also introducing real stadiums and a dedicated tournament mode, FC Mobile definitely won’t be going that deep and will be focusing mainly on the tournament mode, and of course, the progression around it.
Ahead of launch, EA is also hosting a special live showcase stream on YouTube covering everything included in the update tomorrow. The presentation will feature details about The World’s Game Tournament, Quick Match, PlayStyles, and the latest information regarding UTOTS content.
So, what to expect? I will start with the example of what we had last time when the World Cup was on. With its mid-season update, FC Mobile went all-in on the international football atmosphere during the FIFA World Cup 2022 update.
That update was fully licensed, obviously, they had the FIFA branding then, so you had authentic World Cup branding, official national kits, themed players, and real stadiums. This time, the FIFA World Cup 26 license is definitely a miss, but for sure, there should still be plenty of content arriving, with themed packs and players alongside the Event Pass being a main attraction.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
