- HoYoverse’s UE5 fantasy MMORPG resurfaces with “Nodusfall” trademark filing.
- “Vassago” trademark linked to Anuttacon hints at AI-driven systems.
- Project first teased in November 2025 with a dark, realistic fantasy world.
HoYoverse’s upcoming Unreal Engine 5 fantasy MMORPG is back in discussion again, and this time, there’s a bit more to go on. A new trademark filing for Nodusfall has surfaced, alongside another interesting registration, Vassago, both linked to Anuttacon Pte. Ltd., a company part of the HoYoverse ecosystem.
If you remember, this project first showed up back in November 2025, when HoYoverse dropped a short teaser of a dark, realistic fantasy world built on Unreal Engine 5. It didn’t reveal much, but the tone and the visual glimpse, even though little, were exciting.
Now, the Nodusfall trademark, filed April 29, 2026, by Cognosphere, gives that project a more concrete identity, even though nothing is officially confirmed yet. Around the same time, HoYoverse also quietly set up social media accounts on Twitter and Bilibili under the same name.
Then there’s Vassago, where the name itself comes from demonology (Ars Goetia) as noted by a Reddit user, and the trademark is registered under the same Anuttacon entity, founded by Cai Haoyu, who is also the CEO of HoYoverse. I’m not too sure about the connection with the current game, but the development is surely interesting.
So how many projects now? If my count is right, Varsapura is one among the broader pipeline of future titles that HoYoverse teased earlier. Then there’s the cosmic life simulation title Petit Planet that is next in line alongside Honkai: Nexus Anima, while a rumoured MOBA game and HoYoLand are also a theme park possibility.

At the same time, it’s worth keeping expectations in check. None of these names, Nodusfall or Vassago, has been officially confirmed as the final title. HoYoverse has a habit of testing multiple directions internally before locking things in, so we’ll need to see how things develop from here.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
