eFootball 2026 Mobile is preparing to celebrate its 9th Anniversary, marking nine years since the mobile journey first began back in the PES 2017 days. With the celebration expected to begin this Thursday, that is the 14th of May, 2026, discussions and rumors are already everywhere in the community regarding free Epics, Show Time cards, and special campaigns.
I thought maybe even I should join the discussion, and also list what is coming officially and what’s expected to come. So here’s everything you need to know.
Show Time Selection Contract
KONAMI has officially confirmed that the 9th Anniversary Celebration will be part of the v5.4.1 update cycle, and one major reward has already been announced: the Selection Contract for the Show Time players.
This Show Time Player Voting event started earlier after being announced at the eFootball Connect program. We were asked to vote for footballers from four national teams: Germany, England, the Netherlands, and Turkey.
The candidates include names like Joshua Kimmich, Marc Guéhi, Jurriën Timber, Nathan Aké, Ferdi Kadıoğlu, Ezri Konsa, and several others, so we can expect the top four picks from here coming to the game.
Epic pack players
Several community-made concepts suggest that the 9th Anniversary campaign could follow a structure similar to last year’s celebration. Images online are showing possible Epic Worldwide-style rewards featuring names such as Lamine Yamal, Fabio Cannavaro, Denis Law, Luis Figo, Carles Puyol, Hugo Lloris, and Denis Irwin.
However, none of these cards or rewards are officially confirmed at the moment. Most of the images currently being shared online are concepts created by the community, although these are older cards, and there is no confirmation that free Epic players will be distributed in the same way as in previous years.
8th Anniversary Campaign patterns
The reason expectations are so high this year is that the 8th Anniversary campaign in eFootball 2025 was one of the biggest mobile celebrations the game had received. That campaign featured the Epic: Worldwide Special Selection Contract, where we could select one player of our choice and also collect multiple Chance Deals.
Because of how large that campaign was, many players are expecting the 9th Anniversary event to follow a similar structure, although nothing currently guarantees that KONAMI will repeat the same level of rewards, especially after a very disappointing 30th Anniversary campaign, and also the very recent 1 Billion Downloads campaign.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
